Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for people to lack self-motivation to seek change
(an extremely important principle in every healing function) in an everyday
commitment to a wellness “routine”. One’s desire is actually the driving force toward
the development of a healthy lifestyle. Commitment to one’s healing process is
extremely important. A quick “fix” (the medical, bio-pathological model) only
postpones the stuck, resistive energy to be expressed repeatedly or to be redirected
eslewhere in the body.
